The unit can be used in a vertical (standing up) position or low-profile position (laying down.) Hakko FA-430/FA430 Fume Extraction System 280m3

A powerful yet quiet and portable fume extractor for soldering fumes and other harmful smoke. The ducting is freestanding and adjustable. Either one or two ducts can be installed, the FA430 also utilises a 2 stage filtering system along with exhaust noise being minimised without sacrificing suction performance. Airflow modes are Low, Medium and High and selected to what suits the worksite environment. When the pre-filter is 80% clogged an indicator flashes to advise changing. After the 10th pre-filter has been consumed the main Heppa filter is to be changed, a red light will indicate this requirement.
