Features an LCD display and simple buttons to digitally set the temperature with ease. The temperature is measured by a sensor in the top of the heating core and can be read in real time from the LCD display. In addition, you can program three operating modes that can be used to quickly switch between different temperature points. These temperature settings can optionally be password protected.
The station has a temperature overrun alarm and a real-time ESD ground check function that guarantees electrostatic protection. A programmable sleep and automatic shutdown function is also available.

You can easily configure parameters such as dispensed wire speed and length thanks to its newly upgraded 7-key keypad. You can also monitor the solder consumption thanks to integrated counters.
3 working modes:
In Continuous Mode solder wire is fed while the button keeps pressed.
Discontinuous Mode allows the configuration of the speed and the solder wire amount that will be fed on each click.
Program Mode enables the operator to configurate 3 consecutive feeding steps, obtaining a more dynamic and efficient soldering. Up to 5 programs can be set.
Solder Wire Perforation:
The solder feeder features a small blade that perforates the solder wire down to the flux core while feeding it. This perforation process allows better flux flow and outgassing, avoiding solder and flux splashing when soldering.
The included GALE10V Guide Kit makes this station compatible with Ø 1.0 mm / 0.04 in single-core solder wire. If you require a different guide-kit size, please contact us.
Furthermore, this station allows a solder reel up to 2 kg / 4.40 lb (DIN 100).
Wire dispensing speed and length are easy programmable.
Available guide sets make this tool compatible with 0.4 to 1.8 mm solder wire.
The AL250-B Auto-Feed Iron uses the C250 range of tips.
